Started Property Mgmt Company In PA

Hello, I started a Property Mgmt Company in PA & I would like to send out a letter to Landlords/Owners letting them no about the business that I offer. Does anyone know how I can get a list of Landlords/Owners with contact information for me to send them a letter? I would appreciate any advise you can give me.

    title company absent owner list might be a start.

    The most important thing is that the tenants feel secure, if a gate makes them feel more secure then it is worth it. I would survey some of the tenants and see what their opinion is of a gate.

    I would also look at what your competitors offer - do they all have gates/some? Do you think this will help attract tenants at higher rates over time? Also take into account the maintenance issue with a gate where cars go past regularly.

    My hope is that it would allow us to raise rents over time to market rate for the community. We have upgraded the interiors of the units, but there is a rundown complex a block away and I think security is an issue for our tenants. Many of them have nice cars, so obviously they are not happy about car break-ins.
