Have 4 boys under 21 interested in renting a home. Should I have 4 seperate leases (college towns seem to do that) or just 1 be responsible with a co-signer?
I do the same as Royal. I have it in my lease that the water bill wil be under my name and tenant will have to pay it within 15 days of being informed of the bill. I make sure the other utilities have been changed under their name before handing over keys.
