Section 8 Inspection
I have a house with 2 bedrooms on first floor and one in the basement, I have someone interested but they have section 8. Im wondering if section will approve the basement room, it has carpet, finished walls and a ceiling, one elec outlet, heat and a light. Do you think this will pass? thanks Nick

Yea I forgot to mention there are two large windows in the basement.
