Hi Group, I was just wondering. I'm interestedin purchasing some Condo's in New York City. However, I was wondering if condo's would qualify for section 8? or do I have to own an entire building? Thanks, Angel
From what I've read in other postings, a condo should be able to qualify. You just need to get it inpected and such. You should contact the NYC housing authority and check with them.
