Section 8 Application
OK - I must be missing something or off base. I have spent the last 3 hours trying to find an application (online) so I can put a house I have under contract on the section 8 list in Portsmouth Virginia.
While I have several properties - not one is section 8. This neighborhood is perfect for section 8 and my PM says it is the only way to go.

It works the same here in VA - just called, and gave the basic info. Now I just have to wait for someone to call.

I located a duplex. Asking 90K fmv is 150k+. Probably needs about 20-30K in renovations. The duplex units are 3 bed, 1 bathroom, 1 car garage. I will be looking at it this weekend. What do you guys think?
