Residential Lease Agreement

Greetings All, I am about to rent out my primary residence. This will be my first time doing my own rental without a property management company. I obtained a lease agreement from my agent which also has a property management company. The lease has a clause in it on line 35 that says "Tenant Estoppel Certificate". Then it talks about tenant shall execute and return a tenant estoppel certificate. What is a Tenant Estoppel Certificate mean exactly? Where do I get this for the tenant to fill out? Thanks in advance. Jack Rendell

Here is the only link I could find explaining Estoppel certificate:

Maybe someone else on the forum could explain it better?

    d_random,

Awesome. Thanks for the reply. So obviously it does not apply to me. This has to do with commercial property. Thanks.
