Rentals In Tri State Area.
I am looking closely from afar at the tri state area Penn, Ohio, W. Virginia). I see plenty of properties that appear to be a significant positive cashflow. I am not concerned about long term appreaciation right now. Does anyone have any opinions about this area? Prices look low and I have a reliable relative to maintain and manage for me. :-o

Yes. Consider Buffalo, NY regarding cash flow. Appreciation is 5-8% ((depending who you ask))
but, all the other variables make it a winner!
We have done well there (16 units) and are out of town.
