Rental Co Signer
Hi all,
Have any of you ever had a rental experience where you felt a co signer was needed? Our situation is this: we have a girl who wants to rent out the apartment, but has unstable emplyment at this time. Her parents are willing to co sign for her. How would we write that up on the lease? Do you think we should require more of a deposit than normal because of this unique situation?
