Rental Agreement In Florida

Hi,

I have a Florida Rental Agreement and I am getting ready to sign with the tenants. Should I have the agreement notarized?

what if the tenant is out-of-state and I am faxing the agreement to him. How do I handle the notary aspect of it? could I sign and then fax it and have them notarize?

    Fax it to them, have them get it notarized while they sign. Have them return it to you via mail and then you sign and notarize. Both signatures need to be original for legal purposes or so say the lawyers
