Rent Basement Workspaces?
I'm building an 8-unit with basement laundry room and storage lockers. Thinking people may want to rent 12x12 rooms for projects, etc. Yes or no? Upside: income Downsides: problems with people living in space? Other problems?

Actually its a great idea, make sure you know what type of work they are doing so that you stay in compliance with code, and it doesnt interfere with your insurance if something goes wrong though.
Super idea.
I'm not sure how to keep them from living there, though.
Another option is renting storage space.
