Has anyone tried renegotiating their mortgage terms since mort. companies are trying hard to avoid foreclosures?
This seems like it could be very beneficial to a landlord with numerous loans.

My good friend, a real estate investor in Florida has renegotiated mortgage terms successfully marking to market the value of the home and changing the payments.

Make sure it is a non-refundable deposit/pet. Keep an eye out for damage and evict immediately if you see any damage.
