Quick Question About LLCing
So, I might want to LLC, so I can pay myself a salary and stuff. When you do this, you have to TRANSFER PROPERTY TITLES from, say, my own name TO the LLC name, CORRECT?
(And this costs money, correct?)

Thanks for the site. Very enlightening. As you, and I am sure a lot of the people on this site, I would not touch a meth lab house – if I knew about it. When you purchase tax sale properties there is usually a whole year that goes by from the time you purchase the property certificate and the time you actually “get” the property. This could pose a problem in our knowledge of the property. From the sound of the cost involved with clean up I think it would just be best to bulldoze or burn the meth house down and just have the land. However I think the house I have is not a meth house.
