Putting Together A Phoenix Team - Need Recommendations

I am about to start investing in Phoenix and would like some recommendations on Property Management Companies, Real Estate Lawyers, Handymen, cleaning agencies etc.
Any recommendations anyone?

who do you recommend so far, i'm a little behind you with the research so i can't offer any comments yet.

If the two of you do not mind, what sort of returns make Phoenix appear attractive? How do you rate the returns in your home location?
I understand the motivation for investing in AZ compared to CA. As you two are doing your homework I am expecting you have some target returns and I am interested in seeing what you are expecting.
I also invest outside my home market and look for returns of 15% annually. Not that I always get them but if a market appears to offer such a return then I will look further. Some markets do this mostly from the appreciation, some from the cash flow (not often) and some because there are more distressed sellers so I do not have to depend on future appreciation.
