Do you know what functions you want this software to perform? If it is just expense tracking, the spreadsheet in your office suite works very well.
Will check them out! I want to be able to track expenses, income etc...
If income and expenses are your only concern, then MicroSoft Excel should work quite well.
This topic comes up a lot here. Take a look at other post but I use Quicken Property Management software and love it. I can import it right into Turbo Tax. Keep in mind that it manages your properties not your business.
