Can someone please give me several places where there are seller who post their properties (housem land,....) for sale using OWNER-FINANCING? thank you for your help :-)

    Hehe, if only it was that easy. Owner financing is something you typically have to pitch although you will occassionally get someone advertising owner financing but not very often

    Yes if they are advertising owner financing they are likely an investor and you're not going to get a deal from them.

    Remember that a property is not a good deal if you can buy it and you shouldn't buy every property you can. Stick to the good ones--even if it means waiting!

    Thank you guys, I'm trying to buy a house, but would like to buy it from Owner-financing people, since I think that I will not qualify for a loan from banks
