Out-of-town Property
How do you landlords out there fill a vacant property you own when it's out of town? No Realtors seem to want to deal with a listing unless it's a sale.
Do you just put a lockbox on the house and let people in and hope they don't steal the stove?
I know I'm not the first person to deal with this. Can't seem to get any answers.

Thanks. The idea of Property Management companies dawned on me after I posted, but I didn't know before that they actually did the marketing part of the deal. Makes perfect sense. You'd think the Realtors I contacted would have suggested that. These props are out of state, though, so I'll be researching those areas.
