'others' Moving In But Not On Lease

I've got an 'engaged' couple wanting to rent a house. She is to give me the application fee tomorrow and she just called and asked if there would be a problem if her nephew and his 'fiance' moved in with them. She said the nephew and fiance wouldn't be responsible for the rent but would be paying them. She says that they qualify without the nephew's money. Any good reason to not let these others move in if all checks out with the original couple? I don't have to serve notice to the individuals if I've got to evict - posting a notice on the door is sufficient in my area. I've got an uneasy feeling about this and just can't put my finger on why. Any thoughts?

Put the others on your lease. If they've already got other people moving in, you may have fifty people living there without your knowledge.

I'd put them on the lease as well. Just covers you better.

My lease has a clause in it that states any person or persons staying more than one week that is not on the lease or a child of, there is a $75 per person addition to rent. I think that they would much prefer that you simply add them, rather than make them pay extra every month.
