NO PETS...But A Scorpion, Or Two....
trying to snag a tenant for my first rental. Young feller talks the talk, etc, seems like a good possibility and all. We discuss "No Pets," and I allow that a bird or small fish tank may be all right. He says, "I used to keep scorpions. Would one or two be all right." I agreed with maximum two scorpions. Any one had any negative experience with ravaging scorpions? [addsig]
