New Colors For Apartments
I have always painted my apartments the typical off white, neutral type color. I have just repainted the apartment I live in with colors my wife chose and it looks like a million bucks.
Does anyone have any feedback about painting apartements colors other than neutral?
I agree with AlexLev, another tidbit is how about paint everything white, then offer to paint one room a custom color of their choosing for an extra $10 in rent a month? Tenant may feel like they were given options and be more loyal, and make more cashflow a month.

Any suggestions on brands of paint? I have tried to stay with the exact same neutral color in flat. That way I can just do one coat with no priming. Saves time, saves paint.
I always use a semi gloss not the best looking but you can just wipe the walls down most of the time.
Other than the lenders list I would suggest networking, I have raised close to a million in committed funds just from my friends and associates.
