Need To Find Renters !
Hello,
I live in Florida and I have a luxury Townhome is that is being built ready for 10th of October. It is in a upper class community and the rent will be around $2300. There are other unit that have been ready before mine and getting rented for that much. So far so good.
I am going through property management company to find me renters and get me a year contract. I am a newbie and I need to know what steps to follow to make sure I do not get burnt. I also need to know what to watch out for when dealing with Agencies finding me renters? what are your experiences with these agencies? Please share your thoughts and experience with me on pitfalls,
