Mortgage Financing Through Pension Trust Fund
Has anyone heard of financing a rental property purchase theough a pension trust fund? Is this something that is easy to do and if so, how does one go about doing something like this?
Are there special trust funds or pension funds that deal in Mortgages? How do you approach them to apply for a Mortgage on an investmente property?
Any ideas, suggestions or advise?
