Maximum Amount Of Rental Properties To Own
This questions may be more suited for the Mortgage Forum... not sure. However, I wanted to know if there is a maximum amount of properties of which a company can financed. For example, company XYZ owns 10 pieces of property. Can that same company be financed for more?
Financing on a personal basis seems to be capping out at 10. AFter that banks get difficult in my experience. At that point you can start using commercial financing which is higner in terms of interest rates
