Maintence Company Service Company
Someone once told me there was a maintence company that offered a service contract on rental properties it was like 200 bucks for the year and covered just about www.anything.If I remember correct it was like a service company if you had a electrical problem you called and they sent someone out and same with a/c heat etc.
Has anyone heard of this company or used them there supposed to be all over the country.
I've never heard of this - but $200 a year to cover all of a units maintenance sounds like quit a bargain. I can't call a plumber once for that.
Every time a tenant calls with a stopped up toilet they'll take care of it for $200 a year - sign me up right now......
I know its out there a investor I spoke to out in Cali uses them on all his properties and now I can find his number
