Looking For Mortgage Companies That Offer Refis On Investment Property
Are there any mortgage companies that will do non-seasoned refis on properties that have been recently rehabbed and are rented out? Basically, if I have a property that I got either with hard money or investor funds, and I want to keep it instead of selling it, I would like to be able to pull out up to 80% of the appraised value.
What mortgage companies or brokers, in your opinon, will do this?

LOTS of mortgage companies will do this. Take a little time and start calling brokers. I found 3 or 4 on my last deal--only had the property about 30 days prior to refi. I used First Horizons Home Loans--many others will do the deal as well.
