Looking For Best Property Management In West Valley Phoenix
Does anyone have experience with a great property management covering the Arizona Phoenix west valley area? I have a property in Surprise and am in need of a competent management company.

Try giving Brewer Caldwell Property Management a call. They have an office in Gilbert and in Tucson and have been terrific for my rental homes here and the other investors that I know. They can typically rent out your home in about 30-45 days and charge 8 or 9% for the management fee each month.
"Standard" varies from city to city but 10% is the basic average acrosss the US. It is not based on the HOA fees.

Payment is contractural with the management company, and is based on what the HOA board agrees to pay. "Percentages" are irrelevant.
Total homeowner fees reflect management company fee, master insurance plan, liability insurance, common area maintenance, exterior maintenance, structural maintenance and repairs, amenities, i.e., pool, tennis, playground, etc., costs, water, trash, sewer, tv cable, all as applicable.
