Lease Renewal
The lease I am using automatically renews on a month to month basis. I feel more comfortable renewing on a year to year basis.
For this to happen, do I need to have the tenants come and fill out an completely new lease or can I simply write up an agreement to continue under the existing lease for a new term of one year?
