Hello, Have been checking out Diane Kennedys site and am somewhat interested in Easy Accounting for Real Estate Investors for $249. Would like to know if anyone HAS USED her/this product before and could give some feedback and if not, then some good software alternatives for inputing all the figures into, to track/organize/ROI etc. etc. my REI financials. Appreciate the input !!

    Look at my profile and look up my article using Quicken. I use it for 30 units. Best of all, it's free.
