Is This Brilliance Or Insanity???
Latley I've heard lots of Eviction/Drugdealer horror stories firsthand. And so I got thinking.....
Could you call your apartment complex a motel, and jump through the legal hoops that a motel would go through, but it would look and feel like any other apartment building with leases, etc. If someone hasn't pre-paid, they're gone by noon, just like at Motel 6 (or Motel Seis, as I like to call it). If someone is causing problems, they can be "tossed out of your motel". I've never heard of a hotel evicting someone. I've also never heard of them having guests that live there for 3 months for free.
I doubt that it would be practical when you weigh everything, but I'm interested to hear your responses.

Good point, I wonder how many hoops there are and how small they are!!
I am sure the legalities are extreme and added insurance for liability are there, but it is a fantastic idea!!!
