Home Warranty Contract !
How many of you carry a home warranty on your rentals ? I currently have American Home Shield as my warranty provider on 3 homes and am paying a little over $500 a year on each. So far i have utilised their services twice, both were minor repairs which carried a $45 service fee. I am debating with myself whether to renew or not. I know it is a great coverage to have, i just need a little convincing and feedback. What providers, if any, do you use ? Thanks.

I had never considered using it for rentals. However, an interesting idea. I usually sell home warrantys for about 350.00.
You said $350, any chance you could email me how can I get it for my rental, what is the diff, between the other well known home warranty that cost $500 and $45 per service call.
