Heat Temperature Setting?

What heat temp setting in winter do you think is fair for your rental properites? I keep my own heat at 70 and its fine for me. Im buying a four family anfd the current landlord keeps it at 72. Im just curious. Thanks

    I keep mine at 68.

    Check your local ordinances. In my city, it needs to be a minimum of 68F in the day and 62F at night if the landlord is providing the heat.
