Having Trouble W Financing In MI
I currently own 9 properties including my personal residence, 6 have mortgages and I am having a heck of a time trying to get more financing to buy more properties. My personal residence has some equity but I cant find anyone that will go over 80% ltv for equity loans. Also not many banks want to help because of the # of mortgages I have and also having a hard time with hard money lenders because of the low value of my properties that dont have loans.
