Getting A Job
I am looking for a job in property management but i have no experience, im trying to get started in RE
i wouldnt expect to get a job managing a property right away, but even a desk job to ge tin the company would suit me..
does anyone have any ideas how i could go about finding a job like this?
iv called many companies out of my phone book wiht no responses worth mentioning...
im just trying to get my foot in the door, more for experience than the money ofcoarse
any ideas/help would be appreciated

You may want to consider approaching smaller property owners. Find out what aspect of their job they hate and offer to step in and learn it and do it for them. Call "For Rent" ads in the newspaper and signs when you see them. Many will say no, but you only need one or two to say yes (at least initially...).

I also recommend that you get your real estate license. That will be a key selling point.
