Sounds like the simple solution is to give the tenant a couple hundred bucks to move. This may be the lease expensive and most expedient way to end the problem. I did this once before, personally I hated it but from business standpoint it was a good decision.
Ocala has been booming in new construction for the last 3-5 years. Especially fuelled by a lot of SOuth Floridians who were escaping the high prices.
Lately things did slow down somewhat as lots of floks started opting for Georgia.
However, I would say Northa and Central Florida are good bets with good land prices. Some of those areas have very slow employment growth however that does not seem to be impacting growth overly.
