Experienced Section 8 Landlords/Owners?

I am looking for information from landlords who have experience with Section 8 as a program. I have a possible opportunity to buy some units that are rented on the program. I have lots of years of experience with investing and a little less with direct property management. Never with Section 8. Your views and advice? BTW - Very likely this would be a situation where I would hire out the property management. I travel too much to be hands on. I know this comes at added cost and potential for problems. Maybe Section 8 makes it worse or maybe it makes it better. The little I have read in books seems split on the program and on the management issues. Thanks in advance, John [addsig]
