Comp's In Missouri (sedalia Area)

Hello Guys and Gals, I am having problems finding a real estate agent to help me out with comps on the properties i am finding. I found 6 properties and in 2 weeks i have only gotten 1 set of comps back after trying 3 different agents. Can anyone help? Live With Desire Tim Sparks

    There is a link on this site I think under Products and Services. Also if you do a yahoo or google search and ask for "free real estate comps" some come up. They dont cover everywhere though, for instance I cant get any in my area of Western PA, but you may be luckier.

    Thanks alot for your help. I will check it out. I think the hardest part of investing that i have ran into is getting comp's. Anyway, Thanks.
