Can Anybody Recommend A Good Property Management Software?
Hello Everybody,
I would like some input on the best (and most affordable) property management software. I've done some research and everything seems to be quite expensive. The first (and cheapest) category is usually 1-25 units with most of the packages I've looked at. A realtor told me that Tenant Pro 6 is good, but it's also $300! A CPA gave me Quickbooks 2004 to use, but he also suggested finding something that's more specific for property owners. Any suggestions?
