I am thinking of buying a property to rent to students. I was one of these students 15 years ago, so I am not naive. Does anyone know of any books, articles or web site dealing mainly with campus rentals.

When I graduated high school, I was unfocused and directionless. I tried working fulltime for awhile, then got drafted and later reenlisted for another hitch. After five years in the Army, I decided that I finally knew what I wanted to do for an avocation.
I went to college as a married undergrad, and was thankful that there was a landlord with off-campus housing who did not automatically reject rental applications from undergraduate students.
