Break In!
I have an apartment I was rehabbing. There was a new toliet, bath room sink & vanity stolen. Some kicked in door. Looks like the got cooper wire from the breaker box in kitchen. I am not sure when this happen. What shall I do step by step, file police report, call insurance company. Please assist I am made as heck. If this has happened to you before please let me know what you did about it.

Apparently NC state law changed recently to help combat metal theft. Scrap dealers are required to et ID and keep detailed records of what was sold. Some are videotaping the transactions. I too have been wanting to investigate using small inexpensive cameras on premise to tape license tags and activity... but too busy lately to get quotes, etc.
