Anybody Hear Of The PHP Program?!?
I have heard people talk about this PHP program at my local RE club meetings. Apparently there is this "Professional Housing Provider" designation for Real Estate Investors - this attempts to qualify investors who have a good core education of Real Estate Law, Guidelines, Strategies, etc. Anybody hear of it? Does anybody have any opinions of it? Just inquiring! [addsig]

The PHP designation stands for Professional Housing Provider, and is a nationwide education-based certification program sponsored and overseen by the National Real Estate Investor’s Association.
