Any Experience With Renting To Diplomats
Hello
I have a diplomat from Senegal interested in renting one of my apartments. Has anyone had any experience renting to diplomats?
Credit check, employments etc checked out good, just wondering if there could be potential problems and what one can do to avoid any.

Consider contacting your representative
in congress, (in your district)ask he/she for what "exemptions" your rentor would be entitled as a guest of our country, regarding collection of rent or lack of. Or,
if your property incurrs www.damage.There's some written protocol on this, put your
"rep" to work! It's VERY IMPORTANT to indicate your are a registered voter of his district & would like to contribute to his campaign this Nov. for his assist.
