Any Baltimore Landlords Here?
Hi I leave in Alexandria, Va and would like a few tips on what to watch out for when buying rentals in Baltimore.
Where are the best locations to shop for rentals. I have recently seen homes for 40-50K. And a bit worried that i might be getting myself into bad areas.
Are they Property Management Companies that manage these properties and any recommendations?
Any tips and insights or share experiences will be great.
