99 Unit HUD Complex Alll 1 Bedrooms
I understand by California real estate law that there must be a manger or assistant manager on site 24 hours/ 7 days a week does anyone know about this issue? This is an elderly (62+) complex with 8% disabled) it also has some grandparents with their grandchildren living with them and I thought the senior comples were exempt from allowing minors to live here it is difinetly causing some problems.

You had better get an attorney to answer these questions. Elderly and disabled have accidents and die. Their family will jump down the management and owners in a second if they find one things out of place.
