2AM Fireworks
A neighbor next to a duplex I own emailed me today to inform me that the tenants in my place set off fireworks last night at 2AM. I apologized to him and let him know it would not happen again. The tenants are two girls in college. How would you deal with this situation with the tenants?
remind them of the quiet enjoyment clause in the lease.
