Zero Cupon Bonds
I was reading a little on investing with zero cupon bonds. As you buy one for less money, the will be guaranteed to mature. One can use that as a downpayment instead of actual cash or other collateral.
Any thoughts, ideas, experiences? Postives, negatives? This is brainstorming here and any ideas are appreciated.
