"Wrap Around Question"
Hello All,
I found a property where the owners would lease to own to me while they still owe a balance, what i need to know is can i sell this property to a buyer on a "wrap around", "land contract" or "contract for deed" then after getting a few months seasoning with my buyer can i then sell the "AITD" note. "apex notes" all comments are appreciated.
