Who's Making Money With Notes?
I am green to the paper business, however, I am confident that a few of you pros on this board are making a good living buying/selling notes.
Is there a nitche for this in anywhere USA? For those of you are successfully doing it, how would a 'green' person enter that game?

I source & buy notes & hold them myself, I don't broker them. The broker field is pretty crowded & the good ones are few & far between. I would say the majority of brokers I meet that are wealthy are also investors themselves & keep the best stuff inhouse.

Appreciate your thoughts! I have talked with several others on this board and they have shared with me that because interest rates have been so good for a lot of years, that the good private notes have been weeded through pretty heavily.
I imagine that this will be a viable profit center if interest rates have a strong increase again!
