Where To Get Good Seller's Agreement?
Hey Gang, I'm ready to go canvassing, and want to be prepared for finding the right deal. I am looking for a good seller's agreement. Can someone point me in the direction of where to get a sample document of this kind online? Also, are there any other documents I might want need to make a deal work quickly? Thank you, Marlene

I use the contract approved by the Association of Realtors in my State. Has everything you need and is easily recognized by the title companies.
