What Closing Costs Will I Have If I Pay Cash?
Hello,
I am trying to put pen to paper and figure out what my potential profit can be to see if I can make this deal happen.
I am looking to purchase a house for about 100k. I am going to be paying cash for this house. What are my closing costs going to be since I wont have to go through a bank for a loan?
Any estimates would be greatly appreciated.

Deed Preparation fee $50 - $65
Deed Recording fee $12 - $30
Owners title insurance $100
If you are doing settlement by mail, also add overnight delivery charges.
