What % Can I Get For My Note?
i am going to be originating a 30% ltv mortgage note worth 75k at 10% interest only. the buyer will not be putting any money down. what % of the notes value can i expect to receive if i want to sell it immediately after closing, and what steps can i take before origination to improve my % at resell time?
i have never sold a note before, and am considering selling several properties this way....by taking back paper all the way to 100%. the 70% note will be done by a major mort. institution.
