are ther any hard money lenders doing loans in the state of virgina? I have several properties to buy and rehabe and i need funding for them. Im wiling to pay 15 to 20% on the return
If there is anyone on the lender tab that will call you back they wont be able to get you a loan. They are all pretty much worthless when it comes to getting someone financed. I have put post up for weeks trying to find financing and I have come to the conclusion that this site is strictly for information not funding.
I got an answer from Julie. I have forgotten the company but I have her phone number...410-944-7323. I talked about 95%LTV loans with her on the phone and via privite messages.
i don't do hard money, but I do creative financing up to 95%. I don't want to advertise but I would like to help, if some of you guys are having such a hard time. Just let me know why others are not able to finance you & I'll let you know if it's something we can overcome.
